Loggin On
Upon clicking the "Access My Account" button, you will be taken to our secure online portal, hosted by our payments partner Stripe, and be asked to provide the email address you used when you first subscribed. You will then be sent a secure link on email.
Clicking the link in that email will take you directly to your account - no password required. The link is only valid for 30 minutes. Please check your Spam folder if it doesn't arrive after 60 seconds or so.
Managing Your Account
Once logged on, you'll be able to perform the following functions online:
- View your current membership and subscription(s)
- Change the account from which we collect your Direct Debit payments
- Change your name and/or address
- Add/change your phone number
- Cancel your membership or subscription(s)
- View your historical invoices, payments and receipts.
